Why can I not park on the lot located in front of the entrance?
The parking lot is actually for the tenants in the apartments located above the store in Historic Hampden Hall. The tenants have to pay to park there, along with the business owners. There is metered parking along the 36th Street and along Roland Avenue.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since January 2008. We were in Historic Dundalk from January 2008 until October 2008. Then, in October '08, we had the opportunity to move to Hampden. The rest is history!
How often do you update the website?
The website is still a work in progress because we have SO much in the store!! Caitlin updates the website as much as possible. If you are looking for a certain product, please call or email us.
On some items you have a quantity of one. What is the best way to tell if still you have an item in stock?

What is your return policy?
Sadly, we cannot accept any returns. If you have questions on if that is the right product for you to use, please give us a call or send us an email.
When can I expect my product?
We try to send out orders the day after we receive them. All orders are sent US Priority Mail.
What happens if I order a product and it is Out of Stock?
Sometimes we may be out of stock on a product. We are a small business and try to update the website as much as possible. If we are out of stock on a certain product you order, we will notify you as soon as possible by either phone or email. If you would like, you can wait for your order/product until the product comes in or we can give you a refund on the product.
